What is MesmerEYES?
MesmerEYES is a smooth, high-pigment pencil eyeliner consisting of 6 pre-sharpened, interchangeable tips that are stacked within one chrome tube. The eyeliner tips come in a variety of colors which provides the consumer with the option of having multiple colored tips, without buying multiple eyeliners. Users can pick which colors to use by purchasing refill packs with designated color options.
